Madrasi Grilled Beef Skewers
These Madrasi Grilled Beef Skewers use a Homemade Madras Curry Paste and can be a simple appetizer, or the main feature in an Indian meal.

Beef in medium dice.

Lemon Juice

Madras Curry Paste
Instructions
Marinate the diced Beef in the Lemon juice for several hours or overnight.
Toss the marinated Beef with the Madras Curry Paste and let sit for at least an hour.
Thread the Beef onto skewers and grill over high heat until nicely browned.
